1. Connect with others and form friendships on our platform.
2. Engage in conversations with others who share similar interests.
3. Enjoy a safe and respectful environment where everyone is welcome.

In accordance with our Terms of Service, You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account and engage on our platform. If we determine that you are under 18, we will terminate your account.

What We Don’t Allow

Engaging in any of the following actions will result in a warning and may lead to having your account suspended.

1. Sharing any type of imagery that depicts real-life violence, gore or animal cruelty. However, an exception to this rule has been made for violence portrayed in media (including movies,games, books and such).
2. Soliciting money, including requests for donations, promoting sales, or selling items on the platform.
3. Redirecting users to other social platforms without prior meaningful conversations.
4. Communicating with minors, even if they are not supposed to be on the platform. If you encounter minors, report them immediately, so we can ban them from our service.
5. Using our service with malicious intent, in a way that is not reasonable under normal usage, in order to outsource computing and/or storage resources to our servers, as well as other forms of Denial of Service to our infrastructure.
6. Creating accounts or using existing accounts to send unsolicited advertisements to others or to harass other individuals.
7. The selling and buying of TextRandomChat.Com accounts.
8. Impersonating minors or pretending to be underage. This is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

What We Can’t Allow

Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account termination. You may also be blacklisted from using our services indefinitely.

1. Sharing or requesting any content or imagery that is illegal. We don’t want you or us to get into any legal trouble, so stay in line by not engaging in illegal activities or sharing illegal content such as, but not limited to, sharing any pornography that is subject to legal age restrictions, pornography that depicts minors, pornography that depicts animals, revenge pornography, the selling or facilitating the usage of drugs, extortion or blackmail.
2. Sharing or requesting any content promoting, encouraging or glorifying self-harm or suicide. This includes any content that pushes people to cut or injure themselves; that embraces eating disorders such as anorexia or bulimia; or that encourages people to commit suicide as opposed to referring them to the correct treatment and help. If you notice someone in need of urgent help, please contact your local authorities.
3. Attempts to hack or otherwise gain unauthorised access to our service - for example, accessing another person’s account without permission, or attempting to steal another person’s account. This also includes attempts to gain access to our backend networks.
4. Distributing pirated software or malware such as viruses, trojans, worms, etc. Any software designed with malicious intent to attack another person or to steal their data is not tolerated.
5. Sharing content that is designed to harass or degrade someone else, or that can directly threaten someone’s physical, mental or financial state. This includes death threats, doxxing (sharing personal information without permission), or ignoring someone’s privacy.

How To Avoid Getting Banned

1. TextRandomChat.Com is not a dating platform. Sending unsolicited sexual advances may lead to a suspension.
2. Do not ask other users to add you on other platforms without a meaningful reason. This includes, but is not limited to, asking for phone numbers, social media accounts, or other chat platforms.
3. If you encounter minors, do not interact with them. Report them instead.
4. Do not spam the same messages repeatedly.
5. Do not impersonate minors or pretend to be underage. We will not reverse your ban for this violation.

Suspensions

Account suspensions can be removed through a successful appeal, but only if you believe that we took the wrong action. There is no point asking to be appealed for breaking the law.
